Strategic Meeting
A meeting at your project site with you, designer/project manager and contracted subs to further the design and confirm work-scope details.
Product Selection
The designer will take you shopping, narrowing options to meet budget price points or bring to you materials, tile, and floor selections, and review appliances, cabinetry, lighting, countertops, etc.
The Transformation Begins
Our team will manage all aspects of your project, get approval from your building management, NYC-DOB for appropriate permits, site preparation for demolition, debris removal, material deliveries.
The White Glove
Before completion, a thorough final cleanup is done, which means your project is move-in ready. Labor and optional service contracts and extended appliance warranties are discussed.
