Asked to touch on the current state of kitchen an bathroom design, Kelmendi points to key area of innovation. “We are seeing a demand for a more sophisticated combination of raw surface materials, like porcelain tile, Caesarstone, and Dekton,” he says.

- Explore all options, and be practical in your choices. Many people love wood, but MDF (medium-density fiberboard) is able to expand and contract, so it doesn’t warp or crack. This makes it the better choice for cabinetry.
